Oral argument and/or a response may be ordered by this Court. This Court may also remand the petition to the District Court for an evidentiary hearing if determined to be necessary.B. This Court may dismiss the petition for extraordinary relief or may decline to assume jurisdiction. PROVIDED HOWEVER, if this Court dismisses the petition or declines to assume jurisdiction, an order will be issued citing the authority and rationale for such disposition.
