A.
Oral argument, when granted, shall be limited to thirty (30) minutes to each side, with ten (10) additional minutes rebuttal by appellant, or the moving party in original proceedings. See Rule 9.3(F) for time limit in capital cases, and Rule 11.2(F) for Accelerated Docket cases.B. The appellant, or the moving party, shall be entitled to open and conclude the argument of the case.
