JOYRIDING - ELEMENTS

No person may be convicted of joyriding unless the State has proved beyond a reasonable doubt each element of the crime. These elements are:

First, molested/drove/(attempted to drive);

Second, a/an automoble/(motor vehicle);

Third, without the consent of the owner;

Fourth, for the purpose of joyriding or any other purpose.
